How does the Ups!de Down Club work?
We created a simple way for you to receive points for certain activities like following us on Instagram to spread the good vibes, subscribing to our newsletter to receive positive news or writing a product review to help others choose better. When you are logged in just go to the section “COLLECT POINTS” and you will find all the activities there.
Whenever you want, you can turn those points into product discounts. This way you will always have an advantage and can benefit from our premium cbd oil at a discount.
How can I redeem my points?
When you are logged in, go to the section “Your Rewards”. Just select the product that you want by clicking on “USE POINTS” underneath it. You will automatically go to checkout and you will see the section called “APPLY POINTS”. There you can choose how many points you want to apply from the total number that you have earned. After you hit “APPLY”, your discount will be activated and you can complete the order.
Points cannot be cumulated with coupons or with other website discounts but you have the liberty of choosing to use which discount works best for you.
Where do I see my points balance?
When you are logged in, you have two sections where you can see your points.
In the first section of the Ups!de Down Club you can see the amount of points that you have accumulated, the badge that you got and the amount of points you have used.
Also, at the bottom of the page, you can checkout the section “Points history log”.
How do I become a member?
You only have to create an account and you will automatically become a member of the Ups!de Down Club.
