Delivery informations

• The ordered products are delivered all over the country, via GLS courier;
• Orders are not shipped on Saturday and Sunday.

Delivery date

• Delivery is made in 1-2 working days from the moment you receive the order confirmation;
• This delivery term is valid for products in stock;
• In case of products that are not in stock, SC HUXLEY SRL reserves the right to agree with its customers a delivery time.

• FREE for all orders anywhere in Romania

Return policy

The products can be returned within 14 days from their purchase through our website (www.upside-down.life) and delivered by courier, according to the Romanian legislation (regulated by GEO 34/2014), with a prior information on e-mail.
Please contact us at hey @ upside-down.life with details of your order to arrange a return and we will advise with the correct return address when we receive your email.
The return of the value of the products is made in the client’s account by bank transfer.
